I participated in the last 6 dance lessons and learned a lot! Shay’Mia (Nadine) is a patient and knowledgeable instructor! I never could get the hang of swing dancing, but now I’m loving it.

Nadine is dedicated to the craft of dance. During swing dance class she made sure she got around to everyone and helped them at their level. During a social dance she was also helping others with bits of technique or whatever help was wanted. She easily shifts from being a follow to a lead and back. She loves dance and wants to get as many people dancing as possible.

My partner & I just completed a 6 week class with Nadine. We have been dancing several years & wanted a review. Nadine’s class was a good pace, improved our lead & follow positions, posture/balance focus, & fun review of different positions. She had very clear instructions & patience.

My husband and I took a 6-week Rumba course with Nadine, and we absolutely loved it! Nadine is a wonderful teacher. The pace of learning new steps was just right — not too fast, not too slow — and she explained everything so clearly and patiently. We felt very comfortable and at ease during her classes. She’s such a lovely person, and learning from her was truly a pleasure.

The class is very nice and the teacher is kind; if you do not understand something, she will work with you so that you can learn it. Everything is given a decent amount of time so you aren’t getting stuff thrown at you rapidly. I would recommend.
